Our simple 325 exercise can take you from stressed to calm in a matter of minutes. You can do this quick mindful practise in the car, on the bus, as you're about to go into a big meeting or as a way to gently fall asleep. Do it once or twice to set & centre yourself, and up to 10 times to experience the full benefit of long deep breaths!
